Athermal AWGs and Other Optical Products

POINTek manufactures standard and custom planar optical devices based on our proprietary packaging technology for FTTx and other optical communications applications. POINTek’s current athermal AWG family of product is 16-Ch 200GHz AAWG (semi-flat top type both for WDM-PON FTTP application and DWDM, ROADM, Metro, and CATV applications), 32-Ch 100 GHz AAWG (Gaussian type for WDM-PON FTTx application), 40-Ch 100GHz AAWG (all types for DWDM, ROADM, Metro. and CATV applications), and 44-Ch 100GHz AAWG (semi-flat top type for Metro/Long-haul transmission application), and lower channel (below 16) 200GHz AAWG (for other novel applications).  Other products include optical splitters and custom integrated planar optical modules. Our current products fulfill the environmental and mechanical reliability requirements for indoor and outdoor applications. Our future products are based on integration of Sophisticated functions into a Simple package with Scalable manufacturing solution.
